Marta Cai was born in Canelli in 1980 and has been living in Curitiba, Brazil, for a few years. She has translated many books. Some of her short stories have been published in the magazines inutile and il Reportage. She debuted with SuiGeneris in 2019 with the short story collection Enti di ragione. In 2023, she published Centomilioni (Einaudi). She was a finalist for the Premio Campiello (2023).
