Angelo Tronca graduated from the acting school of the Teatro Stabile in Turin. He performed in Jurij Ferrini's company in: Timone d'Atene, La locandiera, Riccardo III, Macbeth, La figlia di Iorio, and Aspettando Godot. Over the years, he was directed by Claudio Longhi, Mauro Avogadro, Alberto Oliva, Paolo Rossi, Cristina Pezzoli, and Carmelo Rifici. Cristina Pezzoli directed him in four shows: Blitz, with original dramaturgy by Letizia Russo, Glengarry Glen Ross, Scuolasbroc, an improvised show with dramaturgy created directly by the actors, and Hedda Gabler. With Il Ventaglio, directed by Alberto Oliva, he won the Sipario Award (2012). He was a finalist in the Hystrio Award competition for actors (2012). He collaborates with the Teatro Stabile di Torino and participates in the productions: Cyrano de Bergerac, L'avaro, Misura per misura, Le baruffe chiozzotte, Romeo e Giulietta and Sogno di una notte di mezza estate. He has been collaborating with the company Il Mulino di Amleto for eight years. He won the ANCT (National Association of Theater Critics) Award (2021) with Il Mulino di Amleto, was a finalist for the Rete Critica Award (2019), and won the Last Seen Award for Krapp's Last Post (2018). He has been writing plays for five years. Don Chisciotte sulla luna won the Fringe-SuiGeneris Award for best play at the Torino Fringe Festival (2023). He dances the tango. He is working hard to learn how to iron shirts.
